Book of Shadows

A Book of Shadows is a personal endeavor, and its contents can vary greatly from one Witch to the Next. Gerald Gardner claimed that a Book of Shadows was a personal cookbook or collection of spells that have or had previously worked for the owner of the book; information can be added, coppied or removed as its owner saw fit.

I am not personally a Gardenarian.

However, I do beleive what Gardner said when he advised that maintaining such a magickal journal is an ancient practice, as such things were beleived to have existed hundreds of years before Gardner ever published a single word.

My Book of Shadows is generally maintained in the same fashion that one would copy notes in class, I don't beleive in short hand as too much can be lost. I want to record everything.

These notes may appear chaotic, please remember that this site contains information in addition to what I have recorded in my BoS on my computer. Things that may have come to me while I'm at work or out with friends.
